The Role At Last Mile Health (LMH), we dig data. Are you passionate about conducting high-quality research to measure impact, guide quality improvements, and inform policy in the global health sector? If so, you may be the next Technical Coordinator on our Global Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning team (Global MERL). The Global MERL team is building a robust system of measurement, evaluation, and learning to drive improvement of programmatic work at Last Mile Health. Reporting to the Director, Global MERL, the Technical Coordinator will support organizational performance management processes, development of theories of change or logic models, indicator development, and reporting through data dashboards. They will also develop and manage IRB protocol submissions and build LMH staff capacity in qualitative research and manuscript writing. Additionally, the Technical Coordinator will support the management of Global MERL functions including budget, vendors, and consulting
