The ZenFone 8 Flip is basically last year s ZenFone 7 series but with a Snapdragon 888 SoC, which seems fairly uninspired. Internet of Things (IoT), iOS, Wearable, Ticker  ASUS has diversified its ZenFone line-up, as we have covered in a separate article covering the ZenFone 8. While ASUS released the ZenFone 7 and ZenFone 7 Pro with flip-up cameras, it has moved this technology into an individual sub-category with the ZenFone 8 series. Hence, we have the ZenFone 8 Flip, which is the true successor to last year s ZenFone 7 series, unlike the ZenFone 8.
