I am still surprised, however, that out of all the articles so far, very little has been said on the need for a full criminal investigation where the outcome would likely end in charges being laid against those involved for misappropriation of funds or other fraudulent acts. There is no doubt in my mind or others that I have discussed this matter with that LU’s board of governors choose to go bankrupt via the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act simply to lessen the impact upon themselves.
