Toshiba Unit, Others to Study Offshore Wind Power Generation Tokyo, April 19 (Jiji Press) Toshiba Energy Systems & Solutions Corp. said Monday it has signed a joint research agreement with Tokyo Gas Co. , Japan Renewable Energy Corp., or JRE, and others for offshore wind power generation. Their research includes finding out the best locations for equipment to improve power generation efficiency and durability, according to a statement released by the Toshiba Corp. subsidiary.
