ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - An Albany teen was found with two bullet wounds Monday at an apartment on Brierwood Court.
The 18-year-old victim was shot twice in the neck, according to Albany police.
Terrence Jamail Henry turned himself in Wednesday after warrants for shooting the teen were issued against him.
The investigation revealed Henry attempted to make the shooting appear as a suicide attempt. The victim remains in a Macon hospital for further treatment.

ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - A man is now behind bars and facing charges from a 2020 Albany burglary case where several firearms and weapon accessories were taken from Albany Vacuum on North Slappey Boulevard.
Albany police said Raheem Terrell, 23, is facing several charges, including three counts of second-degree burglary, property theft, criminal use of an article with an altered ID, forgery, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and probation violation.
Terrell was found in Washington County and brought back to the Dougherty County Jail where he sits now.

ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - The Albany Police Department (APD) is hoping the community can help investigators find a suspect wanted in connection to a July 2020 homicide case, according to a press release.
Police said they are looking for Dequan Coleman, 19, in connection to Jaime Maccou and his mother, Cynthia Walker (Source: Albany Police Department)
Coleman is wanted on charges of murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, the release states.

ALBANY, Ga. (WALB) - The Dougherty County Jail is seeing a few glitches with its new video visitation.

”We’ve had a lot of visitors misunderstand that they could just upload a couple of different pictures. We’ve had to go in and deny them until they go upload an ID card for us. It’s caused some delays with some visitors but by in large, the inmates are loving it,“ said Ostrander.
