+ December 20, 2020 BACOLOD City Mayor Evelio Leonardia issued Executive Order No. 82 suspending the non-social period/curfew hours on December 24 and 31, 2020 in observance of Filipino customs and traditions of celebrating Christmas and to welcome the New Year, as acknowledge under City Ordinance No. 947, Series of 2020.
Leonardia, who signed the EO on December 20, said the suspension of the curfew hours/non-social period shall be from 11 p.m. of December 24 until 3 a.m. of December 25, and from 11 p.m. of December 31 until 3 a.m. of January 1, 2021.
He said in celebration of Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, respectively, only. The application of such suspension shall ipso facto expire after such designated dates and time, and are not to be extended nor made recurring unless authorized under another Executive Order.
