Article content The Ontario SPCA Renfrew County Animal Centre is celebrating National Cupcake Day(TM) with two special fundraising events that promise to be as fun as they are delicious. For kids, there’s the Virtual Tea & Princess Party, an interactive virtual tea party hosted online on Feb. 28, complete with magic, music and, of course, cupcakes! Registration includes a magical kit of animal themed goodies and treats along with a delicious Cupookie (cupcake + cookie = scrumptious cookie that looks like a cupcake) kit to decorate and enjoy. Kids will be encouraged to show off their own pets and favourite stuffies during this sweet virtual event in support of animals in need.
