The Philippine National Police will share with NBI its evidence in the Christine Dacera case, Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra said on Sunday, Feb. 14, 2021. Dacera died on Jan. 1, 2021, and her family is saying she did not die of natural causes, contrary to autopsy findings. From Christine Dacera FB Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra on Sunday said the Philippine National Police (PNP) will share with the NBI the evidence it has gathered in the Christine Dacera case. PNP will share its evidence (specimens, garments, mobile phones) with the NBI on Monday; the NBI will complete and finalize its report soon thereafter, he said in a message sent to reporters.

Christine Dacera was found dead in a bathtub at the Garden City Grand Hotel in Makati, Philippines on New Year s Day.
Eleven men were provisionally charged with rape and murder of the 23-year-old PAL Express crew member after police investigations found injuries to her arms and legs and traces of sperm on her body.
But the charges were slapped down by prosecutors who said further investigations including a post-mortem revealed Dacera died from a brain aneurysm.
