It was announced Wednesday Adam Judson will be able to attend any State University of New York, City University of New York or public community college and have his tuition, room and board all covered. To enter the contest, teens between the ages of 12 and 17 must prove they ve been vaccinated against coronavirus before July 7th. More information on the program is available online by visiting ny.gov/vaccinescholarship.
