Brockville ended last year with a deficit of $394,339, as shortfalls from outside boards and agencies outpaced city hall’s internal operating surplus.
City council’s finance and administration committee on Tuesday received the final 2020 variance report, a snapshot of the difference between budgeted and actual spending as of Dec. 31. The official audited report is expected later in the year.
