Amie Rohan has told how her heartache from splitting with her AFL husband was worse than the pain of losing her baby daughter just five hours after birth.
Ms Rohan split from her childhood sweetheart and husband of four years, Geelong Cats star Gary Rohan, last year.
The pair share two daughters together but lost their baby Willow in 2018 when Ms Rohan gave birth to twins.
Willow had suffered a fatal neural tube defect and couldn t be saved, while her sister Bella survived after spending three weeks in intensive care.
Speaking about the grief of losing a child and her recent marriage breakdown, the mother-of-two said she had suffered through the worst days of her life.
