Things to Keep in Mind …
• The Bulls have been benefited from the lottery gods before. In fact, we saw this happen just last year after the organization had only a 31.9 percent chance to land inside the Top-4. Of course, we also saw this happen before Derrick Rose was selected No. 1 overall in the 2008 NBA Draft. The Bulls had just a 1.7 percent chance at making that selection.
