A CRIMINAL Behaviour Order (CBO) has been served on a repeat anti-social behaviour offender in Llandrindod Wells. Trisha Clifton, 48, was served with the CBO at Merthyr Crown Court on January 20 following an application by the Llandrindod Wells Neighbourhood Policing Team. The CBO was issued to Clifton as a result of her anti-social behaviour and breaching, on numerous occasions, a community protection notice in Llandrindod in recent months. The order will be in place for three years where Clifton will have to comply with the following conditions: ● Must not act in an anti-social manner, that is to say, a manner that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to any member of the general public;
