Students Receive Diplomas at Western Wyoming Community College Tonight

Physical distancing and face masks didn’t stop the semi-normal commencement ceremony from being special. During the ceremony, Western’s Outstanding Graduates Carly Putnam of Rock Springs and Reese Fullmer of Star Valley spoke to the students about where they have been and where they are going.
