(Pocket-lint) - The biggest reveal at Disney’s Investor Day 2020 was that an upcoming Disney+ series will see the return of Ewan McGregor as Obi-Wan Kenobi. It will also bring back Hayden Christensen as Darth Vader, setting up an iconic rematch between the Jedi master and his apprentice.
The series is set to kick off production in April 2021, with Deborah Chow serving as a director for the limited series. She previously directed two episodes of The Mandalorian. Joby Harold will be a writer on the series, as well. Disney recently released a slew of updates on the cast and crew, and as always, the internet is abuzz with theories about the plot and which characters might pop up in it.
