CASPER, Wyo. New Casper City Council member Bruce Knell said he thinks the city should quicken the pace of working toward constructing a new headquarters for the police department.
The Casper PD are currently housed in the Natrona County Hall of Justice across from City Hall where the Natrona County Sheriff’s Office is also located.
Knell noted that previous Council member Charlie Powell advised the in-coming council that there may be wisdom in funding new municipal construction projects when the economy isn’t completely in the bucket but also before any boom period.
