Violations: Facility not sanitizing food surfaces (corrected, repeat); food products being held over 24 hours without a date mark for discard (corrected, repeat); items had date marks that were expired (corrected, repeat). Violations: Old food and particles build up on slicers (corrected, repeat); house made tapioca pudding in display case with date mark exceeding 7 days (repeat); bread slicer with old food build up; shelving in walk-in cooler in poor repair; baby food expired on the shelf (corrected).
