Upper Thumb reports 13 new deaths due to the coronavirus

UPPER THUMB - According to the state s report on Saturday December 12, the Upper Thumb saw an increase of 13 confirmed coronavirus related deaths, the highest number of deaths seen for the area.
Huron County saw an increase of 39 confirmed coronavirus cases and 3 deaths, bringing their total to 1,082 positive cases and 26 dead.
According to state testing data, Huron County saw a positivity rate of 21%, with 60 positive cases out of 284 tests processed Dec. 11. This is up from 4% from the day prior.
