A man has been charged with dangerous driving after allegedly overtaking a number of vehicles and careering over a roundabout during a police pursuit.
Wesley Spring, 18, of Lilac Drive, Lowestoft, was arrested in hospital and later charged after a two-car crash closed a village road for eight hours.
He had to be cut free from a Mercedes following the crash on the B1437 London Road in Kessingland on Saturday, January 30.

A man has been charged with dangerous driving after allegedly overtaking a number of vehicles and careering over a roundabout during a police pursuit.
Wesley Spring, 18, of Lilac Drive, Lowestoft, was arrested in hospital and later charged after a two-car crash closed a village road for eight hours.
He had to be cut free from a Mercedes following the crash on the B1437 London Road in Kessingland on Saturday, January 30.
The break-in happened on Rushmere Road in Carlton Colville.

Police are appealing for witnesses after a house was broken into and an Audi was stolen in a quiet street.
Both break-ins happened between 10.30pm on Wednesday, January 27 and 2.30am on Thursday, January 28 at a house on Rushmere Road, Carlton Colville.
Someone broke into to the house and a set of car keys were removed. The car keys were used to steal the victim’s Audi Q3, which was parked outside.
The car was later found on Friday, January 29, in a car park in Fowlers Crescent, Corton. The vehicle was undamaged and secure.

Police were still on South Market Road in Yarmouth this morning following an altercation which happened on Sunday

An eight-person fight in a coastal town centre saw one man being stabbed and two others left needing hospital treatment.
Police are investigating the altercation which centred around a property in South Market Road in Great Yarmouth on Sunday, January 31.
According to Norfolk Constabulary, police were on patrol at around 10pm when they found a man outside a house with a stab wound to his leg.
Following hospital treatment, he was arrested and taken to Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre.
