40 Cal s missing daughter is believed to have died of suicide. More than ten days since the rapper s daughter Saniyya Dennis was reported missing, police determine that the college student might have taken her own life.
During a press conference on Thursday, May 6, New York officials announced they came to the conclusion after conducting an extensive investigation into the teen s whereabouts. An exhaustive search and review of the evidence has been done and it appears that this poor girl took her own life, Erie County District Attorney John Flynn told reporters.

More than a week after she was reported missing, 40 Cal’s teenage daughter is believed to have died of suicide.
New York officials announced the determination during a press conference Thursday, following an extensive investigation into Saniyya Dennis’ whereabouts. The 19-year-old Buffalo State College student was last seen on April 24, and was reported missing two days later. Erie County District Attorney John Flynn told reporters investigators had reviewed surveillance footage and cellphone records to determine the events leading up to Dennis’ disappearance.
Authorities reportedly spoke to two people who were communicating with the sophomore student on the day she was last seen. One of those individuals was a male friend who claim Dennis had expressed suicidal intent following a breakup with her boyfriend earlier that day. The friend told investigators they continued to talk on the phone for several hours, and Dennis had seemingly reconsidered her
The 19-year-old sophomore from the Bronx was last seen leaving her dorm on April 24th. She was last seen on video early April 25th around Goat Island, according to Erie County District Attorney
John Flynn. Bloodhounds also picked up the student’s scent around Goat Island during a search on April 30th. It s reported around 1AM she took a Snapchat selfie near the Nikola Tesla monument with Niagara Falls in the background and then called the friend.
“It appears that this poor girl took her own life,” Flynn said at a news conference Thursday morning (May 6th).
According to reports, Saniyya got into an argument with her boyfriend (who was in New York City at the time), which led him to breakup with her. After he called it off, she called him over 70 times in the next several hours, but he didn’t answer the phone. Later, she sent him a text that said she planned on killing herself.
