Email Submit The Mashantucket Pequot Tribe announced a third Spa at Norwich Inn location was opening Wednesday in the Graduate Providence Hotel, formerly the Biltmore Hotel, in downtown Providence. The venture, a “strategic partnership between the tribe, AJ Capital Partners and Graduate Hotels, has been in the works for two years, the tribe said in a news release. The tribe operates the Spa at Norwich Inn in Norwich and The Norwich Spa at Foxwoods Resort Casino. “With three unique destinations sharing one brand . we re excited about our new partnership, Rodney Butler, the Mashantucket chairman, said in the release. “The Norwich Spa brand standards focus on high levels of customer service and attention to delivering the best spa experience possible.”
