Ramon Garcia died Jan. 10. He also had focal segmental glomerulosclerosis, a rare kidney disease. His brother, Fabian, told Patch Ramon was the strongest and purest soul and hopes his story will convince people to stay home and take measures to prevent the spread of the virus.
