Provocations
Russia has not seen any provocations against its peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said in an in interview with TASS on Wednesday. The situation in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone tends to be normalizing, Lavrov noted. We are glad to see that Baku and Yerevan are determined to meet their commitments and work towards stabilizing the overall situation. I would like to note that the sides showed a high ability to cooperate in terms of ironing out issues emerging on the ground. Russia, in its turn, keeps fulfilling the function of a ceasefire guarantor in a responsible and effective way. No provocations against the Russian peacekeepers have been seen.

YEREVAN, December 21. /TASS/. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has thanked Russian President Vladimir Putin for his help in returning Armenian military officers back home. I would like to thank President Putin for the fact that yesterday, six of our soldiers who had spent 70 days in the forest were found and evacuated. This is something akin to a miracle. We are constantly working on returning our soldiers, and we have spoken about this with the Russian president dozens of times, Pashinyan said on Monday during a meeting with the residents of the town of Sisian.
Russia delivers new batch of humanitarian assistance to Nagorno-Karabakh
The cargo has been delivered to Stepanakert, the de-facto capital of the unrecognized republic. Later the aid will be distributed among the neighborhoods
MOSCOW, December 20. /TASS/. Russia’s Emergencies Ministry delivered another batch of humanitarian assistance to Nagorno-Karabakh by rail, the ministry’s press service told TASS on Sunday. On December 19, specialists of the Russian Emergencies Ministry’s joint grouping unloaded 17 rail cars with Russia’s humanitarian assistance. This is 300 cubic meters of lumber and a platform with a truck-mounted crane, the press service said.
