Knockouts Tag Team Champions crowned at Impact Hard to Kill

For the first time since 2013, Impact Wrestling has Knockouts Tag Team Champions as Kiera Hogan and Tasha Steelz won the titles at Saturday s Hard To Kill. Known as Fire and Flava, Hogan and Steelz defeated Havok and Nevaeh in the finals of the eight team tournament that started back in November. Along the way, they defeated the Sea Stars and then Taya Valkyrie and Rosemary in the semifinals. Afterward, former Knockouts Tag Team champions Gail Kim and Madison Rayne came out to present the team with the belts, the first championship of any kind for Hogan or Steelz in Impact.

Impact s Fire and Flava Become Knockouts Tag Team Champions at Hard to Kill ✖ Tonight s Impact Hard to Kill featured the final match in the Knockouts Tag Team Championship tournament, which would be between Kiera Hogan and Tasha Steelz and Havok and Nevaeh, though the former would come out with a new team name (Fire and Flava) and new gear for the occasion. Steelz was in first for the team but soon Havok was derailing everything they threw at her, and at one point both were down and out. They managed to turn the tables though and utilize their teamwork to isolate Havok from her partner in the center of the ring, dragging her to their corner and keeping her grounded, with Steelz knocking her down again.

Kiera Hogan & Tasha Steelz, collectively known as Fire & Flava, won the Knockouts Tag Team titles at tonight’s Impact Wrestling Hard to Kill PPV. The two defeated the team of Nevaeh and Havok to win the finals of the tournament to crown new champions. Before that, they defeated Team Sea Stars and Taya Valkyrie & Rosemary in the first two rounds of the tournament. After their win, they were presented the belts by Gail Kim & Madison Rayne. Hogan & Steelz are the first champions in the division since 2013, when the belts were vacated and deactivated. He will team with Impact Tag Team Champions and former Bullet Club teammates The Good Brothers to take on Impact World Champion Rich Swann, Moose and Chris Sabin in a six-man tag.
