A Sabine Parish man suffered non-life threatening injuries in a single-vehicle roll-over crash on US-71 in Natchitoches Parish early Sunday morning. At about 4:00am, Sunday, March 114, 2021, Natchitoches Parish Sheriff s Deputies, Louisiana State Police, Natchitoches Parish Fire Districts #3 and #9, as well as Natchitoches Regional Medical Center EMS responded to reports of a single-vehicle roll-over crash with entrapment on US-71 just north of the Natchitoches-Winn Parish line. Upon arrival, deputies found one person suffering from non-life threatening injuries trapped in the wreckage. Firefighters from Natchitoches Parish Fire Districts #3 and #9 used extrication equipment to free the occupant of the vehicle. Deputies say the 49-year-old Sabine Parish man operating a 2005 GMC pickup truck was transported from the scene by EMS to Natchitoches Regional Medical Center for treatment of his injuries.
