Start ’Em Early Foundation holding T-shirt sale
SOUTHWICK The nonprofit Start ’Em Early Foundation has launched a T-shirt campaign to raise money to continue producing sensory sacks that help first responders in emergency situations involving people and patients with autism.
Items in the sensory sacks include: Rubik’s Cubes, small whiteboards for drawing and non-verbal communication, “feeling wheels” to signal emotions, coloring books, noise-canceling headphones, stress putty and other calming toys.
GREENFIELD The senior class at Four Rivers Charter Public School will premiere a collection of original short documentary films this week, all in the theme of curbing climate change.The showcase of five films, ranging from eight to 15 minutes in.
