Photo sent to the radio station from a listener. A house fire in Green’s Corners caused extensive damage. On Monday night, firefighters found the home fully engulfed in flames. While they were able to prevent any nearby exposure the home itself was completely destroyed. One firefighter was assessed by Norfolk County Paramedic Services for a minor injury on scene. An investigation into the cause of the fire could not be completed due to the extent of damage to the home. The fire is not considered suspicious at this time.
