Archbishop Nicholas Duncan Williams, Founder and General Overseer of the Action Chapel International, has urged Christians to arise in prayer and speak to their challenges.
The new Governing Board of the National Peace Council has commenced work in earnest to execute its mandate of promoting peace, unity and stability among the citizenry.
The Board is expressly charged to facilitate and develop mechanisms for conflict prevention, management, resolution, and to build sustainable peace in the country while meeting the increasing expectation of citizens.
Members expressed their eagerness to serve at an orientation workshop held in Accra, which also provided a platform for the Council and its international partners like the UNDP to honour and appreciate the dedication and hard work of the former Board members during their tenure of office to sustain peace.

Presiding Archbishop and General Overseer of the Action Chapel International Ministry (ACIM), Nicholas Duncan-Williams has admonished his congregants about the kinds of character Christians must exhibit at all times.
The Archbishop told his congregation that, in times where people are now dying alot, they must learn lessons inorder to live longer and successful.
He added that these times are not the days for the believer to be angry for offences or be arrogant and grumble over little things.
According to him, people must rather be thankful and ask God why have their lives been spared when others are perishing.

Action Chapel International Ministries (ACIM) General Overseer and the Presiding Archbishop, Nicholas Duncan-Williams has revealed to his congregants what motivated him to enter ministry.
He said money was not his prime motivation. The ministry is not about money. If you want to make money and you re a pastor, resign and go and find a job. Ministry is not about money, ministry is not a job, ministry is a calling, he stated.
According to him, when God called him, there are people in his church who know how he begun. He added that someone like Archbishop Dag Heward-Mills knew his beginnings and the fact that he was living in the boys quarters of his father s house at Airport Residential area. That is about some forty years ago.
