EMILY A 28-year-old St. Cloud man suffered possible facial fractures when the dirt bike he was operating crashed Saturday, April 3, in Emily.
The Crow Wing County Sheriff’s Office was called at 3:27 p.m. to the crash on Lens Road in Ross Lake Township. Trenton Gilsrud, the operator, was transported via North Memorial Health Air Care to a hospital in Duluth.

The Brainerd Fire Department responded to a rescue call Thursday, Dec. 17, at a construction area at Brainerd High School.
Firefighters were paged at 9:37 a.m. to a report of a person who had fallen in the area where contractors are building the swimming pool. Firefighters were able to raise the injured person out of the construction area.
