He’s coming from North West College in Battleford, Saskatchewan where he also served as President and CEO. “Mr. Notay brings over 25 years of post-secondary experience to the position, roles including college president, vice-president academic, and dean, for urban and rural post-secondary institutions in Saskatchewan, Ontario, and British Columbia,” said Shelley Powell, Keyano Board Chair. “We believe that Jay will see Keyano College through these challenging economic times and provide the direction and leadership to make the College even more successful.”

He has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia, a Master of Education from Nipissing University and is a Doctor of Education candidate in Education Administration at the University of Western Ontario. “Mr. Notay brings over 25 years of post-secondary experience to the position, roles including college president, vice-president academic, and dean, for urban and rural post-secondary institutions in Saskatchewan, Ontario, and British Columbia,” said Shelley Powell, the college’s board chair, in a statement.
