Kevin Cramer’s (R-N.D.) introduction of the Fair Access to Banking Act. The much-needed legislation will pick up where the Fair Access to Financial Services Banking Rule left off, which was proposed by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency until the Biden administration “paused” publication of the finalized rule.

Royal Conservatoire of Scotland placed third in global rankings

The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland (RCS) is one of the world’s top three destinations to study the performing arts, according to new global rankings. The Glasgow-based institution, whose alumni include James McAvoy, David Tennant and Daniela Nardini, is ranked number three in the 2021 QS World University Rankings for Performing Arts. The Juilliard School in New York City tops the list while the Royal College of Music in London is placed second. Other institutions in the top 10 include the Conservatoire de Paris, University of the Arts Helsinki and the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts.
