Speaking in a press conference, Dr Fong said  the list of areas of interest they publish are the locations they know about and that is not an exhaustive list. “So please do not read that list and think simply because you have not been to any of those places, you have not been exposed to coronavirus,” he said. “You still could have been, if you have been anywhere outside of your home, there is a chance you could have contracted the virus.

Out of the four cases, three attended the funeral in Lautoka while there is one case from Makoi, Nasinu. Ministry Permanent Secretary Dr James Fong said it is not certain how the Makoi person contracted the virus. Due to this, Lami, Suva and Nausori go into lock down from 4am tomorrow. The lock down containment zones are in three sections.
