U.S.A. –-(AmmoLand.com)- In a video message broadcast by CNN, Democrat Joe Biden put the lie to his widely-reported intent to preach unity during his inaugural address to what essentially will be a capital city occupied by some 22,000 National Guard troops by basically declaring war on about 100 million of his constituents.
Rep. Richard Hudson has introduced legislation for national concealed carry reciprocity.
Considering what happened earlier this month, is there any hope the 117th Congress with Democrats now firmly in control of both the Senate and House, plus the Oval Office will even consider Congressman Richard Hudson’s Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act?
Not likely, as the gun prohibition lobby has the ear of the Capitol Hill majority, and they’re going to exploit the events of Jan. 6th for as long as possible.
Hudson’s legislation has been introduced before, and it has merit. This time around, it had 154 co-sponsors from both sides if the aisle which is a record. In a press release, Hudson called his bill “a common sense solution” to solving a long-running problem. One does not leave his or her right to bear arms at a state border.
The Second Amendment Foundation today filed a lawsuit in federal district court against the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and the Department of Justice, alleging violations of the Administrative Procedures Act relating to its flip-flop regulation of arm braces on semiautomatic pistols.
SAF is joined by Rainier Arms, LLC and two private citizens, Samuel Walley and William Green. The lawsuit also names acting ATF Director Regina Lombardo and Acting Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen, in their official capacities. The lawsuit was filed in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division. The case is known as

U.S.A. –-(AmmoLand.com)- With Capitol Hill now under Democrat control and Joe Biden preparing to fulfill a lifelong dream of being president Jan. 20, rough times may be ahead for the firearms community, so the Second Amendment Foundation is taking an aggressive posture “to protect the Second Amendment” from Biden and Kamala Harris.
The two-pronged effort began with the announcement that SAF had signed an agreement with Parscale Strategies to produce digital media marketing and social media advertising. Founder and CEO Brad Parscale served as a digital consultant and political adviser to Donald Trump’s 2020 presidential campaign, and also served for a time as campaign manager. He also served as the digital media director on the president’s 2016 campaign, SAF
