Repsol has signed an agreement to acquire 40% of Hecate Energy, a U.S. company specializing in the development of PV solar and battery projects for energy storage. This transaction is Repsol s first foray into the U.S. renewables market.

Interstate Business Park
An affiliate of Cardinal Point Management, LLC, a Tampa-based investment and property management firm, has sold a seven-building office park in Tampa s I-75 Corridor submarket for $11,385,000.
With five two-story buildings and two one-story buildings, the park totals 121,918 square feet of office and flex space on 12.5 acres. The property is located at 4508 Oak Fair Blvd. in Tampa, just south of the Interstate 4 and U.S. 301 interchange, across the street from the Florida State Fairgrounds and MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre.
Paul Carr and Todd Tolbert of Colliers represented the seller, Cardinal Point Management, LLC, in the transaction. The buyer was self-represented. Don Jennewein and Nathan Lynch of Colliers provided the debt financing to the buyer, Westmount Realty Capital, LLC. The acquisition is Westmount s first office property in Florida.
