Adani Enterprises rose 3.99% to Rs 527.50 after the company announced that it has signed a concession agreement with Airports Authority of India(AAI) for Jaipur, Guwahati, Thiruvananthapuram airports.Adani Jaipur International Airport , Adani Guwahati International Airport and Adani Thiruvananthapuram International Airport , wholly-owned subsidiaries of Adani Enterprises have signed the concession agreement on 19 January 2021 with Airports Authority of India for the operations, management and development of Jaipur, Guwahati and Thiruvananthapuram airports respectively.
The concession period is 50 years from the commercial operation date.

According to the block deal data available with the BSE, Adani Trading Services had divested 2,00,96,000 scrips of the company in the price range of Rs 906 to 916.15. This translated into the total deal value of Rs 1,840.20 crore. In separate open market deals, the shares of Adani Green were purchased by Acme Trade and Investment Ltd. As per Adani Green s shareholding pattern data for the September 2020quarter, Adani Trading Services LLP held33.92 per cent stake in the company as a promoter.
This plant has a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Noida Power Company (NPCL) at Rs. 3.08/KWh.
With this commissioning AGEL s total operational renewable capacity grows to 2,975 MW.
Recently, AGEL has also commissioned and announced 100 MW Solar Power plant, despite of ongoing pandemic backed by advance resource planning.
With the commissioning of this project AGEL has total renewable capacity of 14,795 MW including 11,820 MW awarded and under implementation projects.
