KUALA LUMPUR: Beginning Tuesday, the police will only accept approval letters issued by six ministries and certain agencies in allowing workers to pass through roadblocks.
Inspector-General of Police Datuk Seri Acryl Sani Abdullah Sani (
pix) said the letters serve as proof to allow the workers to travel to and from their workplace.
“The public is reminded to submit the documents issued by the ministries or agencies that have been listed, when going through the roadblocks and those who fail to do so or found using a fake letter will be subject to stern action under the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988 (Act 342),“ he said in a statement last night.

KUALA LUMPUR: Operating permission letters for permitted hotel premises must be applied for through the Covid-19 Intelligent Management System (CIMS) .
