Julian spent two years doing the New Zealand Certificate in Cookery, levels 3 and 4 and New Zealand Diploma in Professional Cookery level 5, as well as an international City & Guilds qualification at the New Plymouth campus. When she finished the course in February 2020 it was too late to register for the ceremony, so Julian has had to wait until 2021 to walk across the stage. “I m nervous, but I’m really excited as well. Just thinking about it, I get quite emotional because especially during level 5, so much happened that year.”
