He tried to do takeout, he said, but his business just couldn’t sustain it. “It was all very new,” he said. “We understood the severity of everything.” So they made it through last spring, and got to work rebuilding in the summer when some restrictions were lifted, and he could reopen.

According to information from the 15th Circuit Solicitor’s Office, 38-year-old Laquincy Peterson pleaded guilty Feb. 8 to second-offense possession with intent to distribute heroin before Judge Kristi Curtis. Clements joins FERC Chairman James Danly (R) and Commissioners Neil Chatterjee (R) and Richard Glick (D) on the five-member panel charged with overseeing regional energy markets and large-scale natural gas infrastructure. Along with Clements, a longtime energy lawyer, President Trump nominated Republican Mark Christie earlier this year. Christie’s swearing-in ceremony is slated for early January, raising questions about a temporary gridlock during FERC’s next meeting Dec. 17.
