Long-time former Quinte Arts Council executive director Carol Feeney is the new councillor-designate chosen to fill the empty seat left vacant by former city councillor Ryan Williams.
Feeney, who currently serves on the city’s transit committee and Belleville Public Library board, has yet to officially acknowledge she will assume the appointment.

Paul Snider is a Vancouver-based folk singer/song-writer/actor.
