A widescale search involving Blue Mountains police, volunteer SES and RSS crews, on land and in the air has now been stood down. 54-year-old Megan Cliff was last seen in the vicinity of Evans Lookout Road, Blackheath, about 6:00am on Monday. She was reported missing to officers from Blue Mountains Police Area Command, who immediately commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate the woman, Megan Cliff, 54, who was last seen in the vicinity of Evans Lookout Road, in Blackheath, about 6:00am on Monday. The woman was reported missing to officers from Blue Mountains Police Area Command, who are leading the search. Police and family members hold concerns for Mengan’s welfare due to the disappearance being out of character.

Police are appealing for public assistance to find a woman missing from the Blue Mountains. Ashleigh Koutsoukos, aged 26, was last seen in the Penrith area about 11am yesterday (Friday 30 April 2021). She was reported missing a short time later and Blue Mountains Police Area Command commenced an investigation into her whereabouts. There are serious concerns for Ashleigh’s welfare due to ongoing health issues. Police believed Ashleigh may have travelled to Sydney and could possibly be in the Chullora or La Perouse areas. Ashleigh is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, 165cm-170cm tall, thin build, with olive complexion and black hair.

Police are appealing for assistance to locate a man missing from the Blue Mountains. Michael Morrell, aged 46, was seen leaving a home on Hillview Road, Katoomba, about 8.30am yesterday (Sunday 11 April 2021). Officers from Blue Mountains Police Area Command were notified after he didn’t return home as expected. Information has been received that he was last seen at Katoomba Railway station at 1.33pm yesterday (Sunday 11 April 2021) boarding a City bound train. Concerns are held for his welfare as he lives with Cerebral Palsy and a mild intellectual disability.
