Centre reduces duty on crude palm oil by 5 pc ANI 01 Jul 2021, 04:18 GMT+10 By Nishant KetuNew Delhi [India], June 30 (ANI): The Central government on Wednesday reduced the duty on Crude Palm Oil (CPO) by 5 per cent in order to bring relief to the consumers, said the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution. In addition, to cool down the prices of RBD Palmolein (Refined Palm oil), the Department of Food and Public Distribution has recommended removal of the restriction on import of RBD Palmolein and to put it in the open general category of imports to support its availability at lower prices for the domestic consumer.

Public service supervisors receive training

Social Share THE MINISTRY OF the Public Service, Consumer Affairs and Sports is conducting 3 one-day training workshops for Public Service Supervisors, as part of the Ministry’s project to establish an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The workshops began yesterday, June 28, and will conclude on Wednesday involves supervisors with responsibility for human resource management within their respective Ministries and Departments a release states.
