Five local non-profit organizations will share over $300,000 from the Ontario Trillium Foundation.
The money is being made available through the Resilient Communities Fund and will go toward helping them recover from the negative impacts of the pandemic.
Bayfield Agricultural Society, Tiverton Agricultural Society, Blyth Centre for the Arts, Community Living Walkerton & District, and the Pegasus Riding Association Nurturing Challenged Equestrians will each get a portion of the grant money.
Grants can range from $5000 to $150,000.
The deadline for the next grant application is August 4.
