Conduent, the company that operates the newly issued Way2Go debit cards, said it would both suspend out-of-network fees for all cardholders by July 23 and refund those fees retroactively to July 1. Conduent has learned of an issue that inadvertently caused some Nevada beneficiaries to be charged out-of-network fees when using certain in-network ATMs, the company said in a statement provided by the Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation, or DETR.
