A BID by a Ross-shire MP to pave the way for Europe-wide visa-free work permits for touring artists is gathering momentum ahead of a scheduled debate in Parliament.
Easter Ross MP Jamie Stone, who is spokesperson for digital, culture, media, and sport for the Liberal Democrats, is the lead signatory on a motion calling on the Government to urgently introduce a permit for touring artists working in the EU.
