Jerry Harris, star of Netflix’s ‘Cheer,’ pleads not guilty to federal child porn, sex charges
Harris was indicted on seven federal charges earlier this month after authorities accused him of asking Fort Worth minors for sexually explicit photos.

Jeremiah “Jerry” Harris, star of the Netflix series “Cheer,” pleaded not guilty last week to federal child pornography and other sex charges.
Harris, 21, pleaded not guilty to seven charges in the Northern District of Illinois on Dec. 17 during an arraignment hearing held over the phone, court records show.

“Cheer” star Jerry Harris has pleaded not guilty to federal child pornography charges and allegations that he solicited sex from minors at cheerleading competitions and convinced teenage boys to send him obscene photographs and videos of themselves.
Harris, 21, of Naperville, Illinois, was indicted earlier this month in a seven-count indictment that included the child sex, porn and other allegations. A complaint filed in September initially charged him with child pornography.
