The Special Ministerial Task Force on Monitoring and Enforcement of Nigerian Expatriate Business Permit and Expatriate Quota Administration has said the Federal Government will sanction any company that fails to comply with the law guiding the employment of qualified Nigerians to understudy expatriates.
To ensure compliance with the policy, the task force has directed companies in the country to submit the Tax Identification Number, National Identification Numbers, phone numbers, and email addresses of Nigerians understudying expatriates in their firms.
The chairman of the task force, Mr Bola Ilori, said in a statement on Sunday that all companies must submit the details of Nigerians understudying expatriates within their organisations to verify their sincerity or otherwise.

The Chief Executive Officer and Vice chairman of Nigerian Communications Commission(NCC), Umar Danbatta, an Academic Professor has joined the list of eminent citizens of African continent adjudged to bag the prestigious Zik Leadership awards organised by the Public Policy Research and Analysis Centre (PPRAC).
Instituted 25 years ago in honour of the first President of Nigeria, Late Dr. Nnamdi Azikwe, the award was intended primarily to encourage and nurture leadership on the African Continent and in the Diaspora.
The Zik Award has earned itself a global respect because of the traditions of very high standards which winners must attained and attested to, a practice not yet compromised by the selection committee right from the beginning.
It was on this premise that many people expressed delight with the takeoff of the Lagos-Ibadan train, exactly two years and eight months after the groundbreaking of the project was conducted by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, who was the then acting president.
Prior to the commencement of commercial operations, the Federal Government had earlier conducted a trial run, where passengers were conveyed for free for almost four months before it was suspended with the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
However, with the completion of the track laying to Ebute-Meta, the final destination of the project, from Ibadan, passengers can now enjoy a ride in a modern diesel multiple unit (DMU) coach deployed for the service, with different fare categories, comprising economy, business class and the first class.
