GLYN PLESTED: “Tier 4 is not much change from Tier 2. “The Nightingale Hospitals been dismantled, vaccines in some areas disposed of as people do not turn up, these are more newsworthy items. “Where has the equipment gone from the Nightingale Hospitals, who has it, or sold it? Tiers is a minor detail compared to this in the height of a major pandemic.”
