In the finale of “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier,” Sam (Anthony Mackie) debuts his new Captain America suit, complete with new wings, drones and more. The red and white suit very much resembles Sam’s look during his tenure as Cap in the comic books.
Most of the episode involves the big showdown to try to stop Karli Morgenthau (Erin Kellyman) and the Flag Smashers, with Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan), Sharon Carter (Emily VanCamp) and John Walker (Wyatt Russell) all joining in on the action.

But it’s after the action that Sam shows what the Disney+ series’ journey has been building toward a Captain America who challenges systemic injustice and calls on those in power to reconsider how their decisions affect the most vulnerable.

On Friday, The Hollywood Reporter and Deadline reported that Captain America 4 is in the works. TFATWS head writer Malcolm Spellman and staff writer Dalan Musson are reportedly cowriting the script.
Fresh on the heels of the Falcon and the Winter Soldier season one finale, a fourth Captain America movie was reported to be in the works.
On Friday, The Hollywood Reporter wrote that Captain America 4 was in development with TFATWS showrunner and head writer Malcolm Spellman cowriting the script with staff writer Dalan Musson.
Captain America’s shield will rise once again for the big screen with news confirming that a fourth film tracking the superhero’s adventures is now in the works.

Not only did she come back home, but she was offered a job back working for hte U.S. Government, operating in whatever organization had replaced S.H.I.E.L.D.
This was bad news for Captain America and the U.S. government because Sharon Carter is the Power Broker, and she planned to utilize U.S. secrets, classified information, and weapons for her own purpose.
