Many phone users are annoyed with frequent SMS received from the phone companies. To upgrade the standard of customer care, BTRC has introduced DND service which may be used by the phone users. Mobile users interested to avoid promotional SMS may get Do Not Disturb (DND) service dialing USSD code and typing 121 1101# for Grameenphone, 121 8 6# for Banglalink and 7# for Robi and Airtel.
