The people sentenced at magistrates court in south Essex

THE crown courts will always get a lot of coverage for having the most serious criminal cases come through them. Carl Churchley, 32, of Chancellor Road, Southend appeared at Basildon Magistrates Court where he admitted breaching his community order by failing to comply with his curfew or give a valid reason for doing so. His order was continued to last until September this year.
